    In 2011, Michael Raymond Stankus embarked on a transformative journey when he joined MRP as an account executive, marking a pivotal moment in his professional trajectory. Here, he meticulously honed his sales skills and consistently exemplified unwavering professionalism. His dedication and tireless work ethic did not go unnoticed, as he proudly earned the esteemed title of 'Account Executive of the Month' in June and October 2015. As he continued to evolve in his career, he assumed a crucial role in Sales Enablement, where he played an instrumental part in overseeing Cisco's expansive partner lead program, deftly managing a vast network of over 300 partners nationwide.

     

    In 2022, he began a new chapter by joining eLocal's innovative Sales Development team. Despite the transition, his commitment remained steadfast, and his professionalism continued to shine, reaffirming his status as a respected figure in the sales realm.

     

    Beyond his rigorous professional pursuits, he has fostered a vibrant and fulfilling personal life with a rich tapestry of hobbies and interests. He finds solace in the exhilarating world of motorcycling, takes joy in the art of guitar repair, experiences the freedom of kite flying, explores the open road through bicycling, and indulges in the captivating realm of video games.

     

    Music remains an indelible passion in his life. Michael Stankus's musical journey began during college with his band, The Healthy Doses, and flourished further with subsequent bands like Natural Selection and Jah People. These musical ventures took him to venues across Philadelphia, the Jersey Shore, and even the vibrant Washington, D.C., and New York City scenes. He cherishes the profound connection he forges with his audience when he graces the stage as a bass player.

     

    However, amidst his ardor for hobbies and the bustling world of music, he has consistently upheld his commitment to family. He serendipitously crossed paths with his future wife, Rachel, at a memorable Flaming Lips concert in Philadelphia, and their bond has remained unbreakable ever since. By 2015, they had planted roots in Collingswood, NJ, with their daughter Cecilia, seeking enhanced educational opportunities for their family. Their familial joy expanded once more in 2020 with the arrival of their son, Sammy, bringing an abundance of love and laughter into their lives.

     

    Michael Raymond Stankus's admirable sense of community service and altruism have been deeply ingrained in his character since his formative days in Boy Scouts and Civil Air Patrol. This commitment to giving back to the community shone brightly in his participation in MLK Day in 2019. He actively joined his company's community service day and dedicated his time to cleaning up the Kensington neighborhood in Philadelphia. In doing so, he exemplified the same unwavering professionalism that has become synonymous with his name, positively impacting the community he holds dear.
